الأحكام وشروط العرض | Notes & Terms
- 1. التوصيل:
- يتم تحديد آلية وموقع وموعد التسليم وفقًا لما هو موضح في عرض السعر أو ما يتم الاتفاق عليه مع العميل. وقد تُطبق رسوم توصيل بحسب الموقع وحجم الطلب وطبيعة الشحنة.
- 2. التعديلات بعد اعتماد الطلب:
- أي تعديل يُطلب بعد اعتماد التصميم أو بدء الإنتاج يخضع لإمكانية التنفيذ والمرحلة التي وصل إليها الطلب، وقد تترتب عليه تكلفة إضافية أو تغيير في موعد التسليم.
- 3. المقاسات والكميات الإضافية:
- طلبات استبدال المقاسات أو إضافة كميات جديدة بعد بدء الإنتاج أو التسليم تعتبر طلبات إضافية، وتخضع لتوفر الخامات وإمكانية التنفيذ والتسعير ومدة التجهيز وقت الطلب.
- 4. جودة الخامات:
- نلتزم بتوفير الخامات والمواصفات الموضحة والمعتمدة في عرض السعر أو التصميم، وقد تختلف مواصفات القماش أو الخامة بحسب المنتج والاتفاق المعتمد مع العميل.
- 5. شروط الدفع:
- ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك، يتم دفع 60% مقدمًا لتأكيد الطلب وبدء إجراءات الإنتاج، ويتم سداد 40% المتبقية قبل أو عند التسليم. ويُعتبر دفع الدفعة المقدمة تأكيدًا للطلب والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- 6. ضمان التصنيع والطباعة:
- في حال وجود عيب تصنيع أو طباعة مثبت يعود إلى عملية الإنتاج، تتم مراجعة الحالة ومعالجتها بالإصلاح أو الاستبدال حسب طبيعة العيب. ولا يشمل ذلك التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام أو الغسيل غير المناسب أو التعديلات الخارجية أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي.
- 7. اعتماد التصميم:
- يتم إرسال التصميم أو نموذج العرض الرقمي (Mockup) للعميل للاعتماد قبل الإنتاج عند الحاجة. ويُعد اعتماد العميل للتصميم والمقاسات والأسماء والأرقام والشعارات والألوان موافقة نهائية على التفاصيل الظاهرة فيه، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعتها والتأكد من صحتها قبل الاعتماد.
- 8. الألوان والتصاميم:
- قد تظهر فروقات بسيطة بين الألوان المعروضة على الشاشات والمنتج النهائي نتيجة اختلاف الشاشات والخامات وتقنيات الطباعة، وتُعد الفروقات الطبيعية المقبولة فنيًا ضمن حدود الإنتاج.
- 9. المقاسات:
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اعتماد المقاسات والكميات قبل بدء الإنتاج. وأي تغيير لاحق يخضع لإمكانية التنفيذ وقد تترتب عليه تكلفة إضافية.
- 10. مدة التنفيذ:
- مدة التجهيز أو التسليم المذكورة في عرض السعر هي مدة تقديرية تبدأ بعد اعتماد التصميم والتفاصيل واستلام الدفعة المقدمة، وقد تتأثر بالتعديلات اللاحقة أو حجم الطلب أو توفر الخامات أو الظروف التشغيلية الخارجة عن السيطرة.
- 11. التغليف:
- يتم تغليف المنتجات بالطريقة المناسبة لطبيعة الطلب. وأي متطلبات خاصة للتغليف أو الترقيم أو الفرز يتم الاتفاق عليها مسبقًا وقد تكون لها تكلفة إضافية.
- مواصفات المنتج:
- • نوع القماش: يتم تحديده حسب نوع الاستخدام المناسب لكل طلب.
- • نوع الطباعة: مقاومة للماء والرطوبة.

- Notes & Terms
- 1. Delivery:
- The delivery method, location, and schedule will be as specified in the quotation or as mutually agreed with the customer. Delivery charges may apply depending on the location, order volume, and shipment requirements.
- 2. Changes After Order Approval:
- Any changes requested after design approval or commencement of production are subject to feasibility and the production stage reached. Additional charges and/or changes to the delivery schedule may apply.
- 3. Size Replacements & Additional Quantities:
- Any size replacements or additional quantities requested after production has commenced or after delivery will be treated as additional orders and will be subject to material availability, feasibility, pricing, and lead time at the time of request.
- 4. Material Quality:
- Products will be manufactured according to the materials and specifications stated and approved in the quotation or design. Fabric and material specifications may vary depending on the product and the customer’s approved requirements.
- 5. Payment Terms:
- Unless otherwise agreed, a 60% advance payment is required to confirm the order and commence production procedures, with the remaining 40% payable before or upon delivery. Advance payment constitutes confirmation of the approved order specifications.
- 6. Manufacturing & Printing Warranty:
- Verified manufacturing or printing defects attributable to our production process will be reviewed and addressed by repair or replacement, as appropriate. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear.
- 7. Design Approval:
- A digital design or Mockup will be provided for customer approval before production where applicable. Customer approval of the design, sizes, names, numbers, logos, and colors constitutes final approval of the displayed details. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all information before approval.
- 8. Colors & Designs:
- Minor color variations may occur between digital screen displays and finished products due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes. Reasonable production-related variations are considered acceptable.
- 9. Sizing:
- The customer is responsible for confirming all sizes and quantities before production begins. Subsequent changes are subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges.
- 10. Production & Delivery Lead Time:
- Any stated production or delivery period is an estimate commencing after final approval of the design and order details and receipt of the required advance payment. Lead times may be affected by subsequent changes, order volume, material availability, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
- 11. Packaging:
- Products will be packed appropriately according to the nature of the order. Special packaging, numbering, sorting, or other specific requirements must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.

- • Fabric Type: Selected according to the intended use and specific requirements of each order.
- • Printing: Water and moisture-resistant printing.
